The undergraduate program focuses on training creative professionals adept at designing and creating individual objects, small and large series as well as product lines and preparing them for an MA degree. Theoretically based workshop and studio work as well as industrial and firing exercises play an important role in the study program.

Staff: 11 teachers

Equipment: our workshops are suitable for pursuing technological and material related research, observing raw production processes, modelling processes of industrial production, implementing handcrafted and autonomous objects and oxidation firing. For tasks that require special equipment, such as glass blowing, china firing and reduction firing we rent ovens and kilns in the countryside.

Approximate Number of Students: 30-35

Number of Exchange Students: 4-5 per semester

Number of Applicants: 10-12fold
